
Yatsugatake (八ヶ岳), Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan
The Yatsugatake is a long chain of volcanos 100km north Mount Fuji, facing the Japanese Alps. As the Japanese famous giant, even if the summits don’t have the same perfect shape, the terrain is gradually ascending towards the mountain, displaying a continuous slope for more than 40 kilometers. In this season, the wheat fields have a very strong yellow colours, a few weeks before the autumn finally raises up.
