Whereas New Zealand’s South Island is just 25km far from the North one and its second city Wellington, separated by the only Strait of Cook, landscapes are very different. After having crossed half of the whole territory in a one and a half month of cycling, running and touring, @aurelienlapalus is well aware of it.
